Murray Bridge takes Deadly Fun Run Championships

The South Australian community of Murray Bridge took out the second annual Deadly Fun Run Championships held recently at Uluru in the Northern Territory. More than 50 athletes aged 9 to 56 years represented five Indigenous communities across the country.

This Indigenous festival sees juniors taking on a 3km course and seniors tackling 5 km. Reece Knitschke was the first male to cross the finish line with Skyeisha Rigney aged just 9 being the first female to finish.
