Tissue spears are often not made properly and
therefore only clean the outer part of the ear
leaving the middle ear full of pus.

Carers have to be taught how to make
and use tissue spears properly.

CLEANING ONLY THE OUTER EAR CANAL IS
THE SAME AS DOING NOTHING!
