New South Wales Ombudsman (2010)

Improving service delivery to Aboriginal people with a disability : a review of the implementation of ADHC's Aboriginal Policy Framework and Aboriginal Consultation Strategy.

Sydney: NSW Ombudsman

The Improving service delivery to Aboriginal people with a disability: a review of the implementation of ADHC's Aboriginal Policy Framework and Aboriginal Consultation Strategy, reviews the implementation of Ageing, Disability and Home Care's (ADHC) Aboriginal policy framework and Aboriginal consultation strategy. The Aboriginal policy framework and Aboriginal consultation strategy were released in 2005 as a guide for ADHC's staff to improve service delivery to Indigenous peoples in NSW. The review details the strengths and weaknesses of the framework and strategy currently in place and provides some recommendations for ADHC's staff to strengthen their service delivery.
