Cancer Council Western Australia have launched their new web resource, Make smoking history: for community services, which provides information and support for people who work with at-risk groups to start the conversation on quitting smoking.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander smoking rates drop below 40%

Smoking rates among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have recently dropped below 40%, with a third of those who have previously smoked having successfully quit, according to Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) data.
