Australian Indigenous HealthBulletin

The Australian Indigenous HealthBulletin is the electronic journal of the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet. The purpose of the Australian Indigenous HealthBulletin is to facilitate access to information of relevance to Australian Indigenous health. The HealthBulletin attempts to keep people informed of current events of relevance, as well as information about recent research.

Chronic Diseases Network

The Northern Territory Chronic Diseases Network was established to address the impact of chronic disease in the NT. It includes government and non-government members across the NT and Australia. The Network was formed to link stakeholders and promote communication, collaboration, coordination and collective memory in the area of common chronic diseases affecting the NT population, across the continuum of care. It is also responsible for publishing The Chronicle, a monthly public health publication.

Communicable Diseases Intelligence (CDI)

Communicable Diseases Intelligence (CDI) is a quarterly publication of the Surveillance Section, Communicable Diseases and Biosecurity Branch, Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing. CDI aims to disseminate information on the epidemiology and control of communicable disease in Australia by providing current surveillance intelligence on communicable diseases in Australia accompanied by interpretation and expert commentary, publishing articles describing communicable disease surveillance and control and communicable disease epidemiology in Australia, and publishing significant strategic documents relevant to the surveillance and control of communicable disease in Australia.

Disease Watch

Disease Watch is the Western Australian Communicable Diseases Bulletin produced by the Communicable Disease Control Directorate. It provides information on current issues relating to the notification, treatment and prevention of infectious conditions for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in Western Australia.

Medical Journal of Australia (MJA)

The MJA is Australia's leading peer-reviewed journal of medical practice and clinical research. The MJA is published by the Australasian Medical Publishing Company for the Australian Medical Association.

The print edition appears on the first and third Monday of each month, except that the December issues are combined into one large special issue. The full text of every issue since January 2002 is available on the web (only a selection of articles from 1996 to 2001 is available).

Northern Territory Disease Control Bulletin

The Northern Territory (NT) Disease Control Bulletin is produced by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC), Darwin, on a quarterly basis.

The CDC provides a range of services to monitor, control, prevent, and in some instances, eliminate communicable and non communicable diseases throughout the NT. The Bulletin forms part of this service, as it provides professional and community education about critical parts of successful program outcomes.

Public Health Bulletin South Australia

The Public Health Bulletin SA aims to increase the vital role population health has in developing healthy and safe communities. It achieves this aim by publishing three times a year, evidence based, peer reviewed articles. Current data and information provided through the bulletin empathises prevention, health promotion and early intervention to enhance public health interventions. Each issue provides a report on the communicable diseases detected in the state for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.

Statewide Respiratory Clinical Network Bulletin

The Statewide Respiratory Clinical Network was established in 2008 to improve clinical practice and provide expertise, direction and advice in relation to respiratory care, current issues and service provision in Queensland. The network's bulletin is published and circulated quarterly and reports on the activities of the network.

The Chronicle

The Chronicle is a monthly publication produced by the Northern Territory Chronic Diseases Network. It is published by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC), which provides a range of services to monitor, control, prevent and in some instances eliminate communicable and non-communicable diseases throughout the Northern Territory. NT-wide programs, policies and strategies are developed via multisectoral consultation and implemented by district CDCs in collaboration with all levels of health care providers. Both professional and community education are critical parts of successful program outcomes.

The Chronicle has regular topics which include screening, mens health and resources. Each edition features a theme. Contributions to the Chronicle are welcome (eg. research, project updates, photographs and new resources).
