Animal Management in Rural and Remote Indigenous Communities: 'Merrigang' newsletter

This newsletter highlights the activities of the not-for-profit Animal Management in Rural and Remote Indigenous Communities (AMRRIC) organisation.

Environmental Health: Journal of Environmental Health Australia

Environmental Health, the journal of the peak organisation Environmental Health Australia, is a quarterly, international, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles on a variety of issues influencing environmental health. Articles published by Environmental Health cover the relationships between the natural, built and social environment and human health. This includes for example the identification, assessment and control of communicable diseases and the general risk assessment and management of environmental health hazards. The journal aims to provide a connection between the science and practice of environmental health, in particular in the Australian and Asia-Pacific regions. It also aims to provide information on environmental health issues relating to Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Progress on the Lands: a newsletter for APY communities

The 'Progress on the Lands' newsletter is produced by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation Division (SA) to recognise and showcase the service provision and the initiatives that have been established to strengthen community governance and collaboration between both the Commonwealth and State Governments, the APY, Community Councils and communities. Public Health Bulletin South Australia

The Public Health Bulletin SA aims to increase the vital role population health has in developing healthy and safe communities. It achieves this aim by publishing three times a year, evidence based, peer reviewed articles. Current data and information provided through the bulletin empathises prevention, health promotion and early intervention to enhance public health interventions. Each issue provides a report on the communicable diseases detected in the state for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.

Remote Housing NT eNews

This electronic newsletter reports on the building and refurbishment of houses across the Northern Territory for Indigenous people and communities. It includes progress reports and human interest stories on the work that is taking place through the Strategic Indigenous housing and infrastructure program (SIHIP). The SIHIP is part of the Australian Government's National partnership agreement on remote Indigenous housing.

WA Environmental Health Directorate newsletter

The WA Environmental Health Directorate newsletter is produced by the Department of Health (WA) and issued on a quarterly basis. The aim of the publication is to keep environmental health and public health professionals, and indviduals with an interest in environmental health, up to date on what's been happening in WA. It covers environmental health issues relevant to Indigenous communities in WA.
