Description

Open wide: oral health in the bush is an 87 minute program exploring oral health in rural and remote communities. It provides information on various oral diseases, access to services and the shortage of qualified personnel in rural and remote locations. This program highlights the need for holistic primary health care services which include oral health services, and identifies health promotion strategies to prevent oral diseases. It includes information on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This resource can be purchased for $100.00 from the Rural Health Education Foundation.
