Description

The Guide to healthy eating vinyl mat is one of the resources designed as part of the Living strong program from Queensland Health. Living strong is a healthy lifestyle group-based program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The Living strong program encourages participants to seek a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and physical activity and teaches them life skills to be able to do this in their daily lives.
