Description

This pod cast includes information on what blood pressure (BP) is and the dangers of having high BP. It gives ideas on ways to prevent getting high BP and the things that could cause high BP. It also has information on the importance of having regular BP checks, eating healthy food and doing regular physical activity.

The resource was produced by the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association (BIMA) for the Move program. The Move messages were originally aired on Indigenous radio station, 98.9fm, for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander listeners in south-east Queensland and were funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
