Description

Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) item 715 is an annual health check for Indigenous people of all ages.

The Indigenous health check (MBS 715) data tool provides interactive data on the number and usage rates of these 715 health checks at the Medicare Local level. It is based on the number of these health checks billed to Medicare, and so it is not a comprehensive representation of all clinical services provided to Indigenous people (because some situations involve similar or equivalent care but are not billed as a 715 health check).
