This resource package provides information for Indigenous Australians on the five steps to improving brain health, which are:

  1. look after your heart
  2. keep your body active
  3. keep your brain thinking
  4. eat a healthy diet
  5. spend time with others.

The resources include a brochure, a flyer and a poster and were produced by Alzheimer's Australia as a part of the Your brain matters program.
