Description

This action plan has been developed to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people manage their chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It presents the range of symptoms people would experience if they were suffering from COPD using traffic light colours to indicate severity and when it is necessary to contact a doctor or call an ambulance. The plan enables users to list their medication, and when and how to use them. Finally, the plan provides further information on the medications available to treat COPD and key messages on keeping well.
