Description

This podcast discusses skipping as a physical activity that benefits the heart. The main message is that children should participate in 60 minutes of physical activity a day to maintain a healthy heart. It also explains what the heart does and how a healthy diet (low in fat and sugar) is needed to maintain a healthy heart. The podcast also highlights the importance of not smoking for good heart health. It is intended for Indigenous listeners.
