Description

This resource is the result of a collaborative project by Monash University and Menzies School of Health Research nutrition departments, A workforce development model supporting public health nutritionists working with remote community stores - employing a community of practice.

The study aimed to provide a model for workforce development, building evidence and opportunities to sustain improved nutrition and health in remote communities, and in addition, increase the attraction and retention of public health nutritionists in remote Australia.

The resource will support other similar community of practice groups to be established to support public health nutrition workforce development.
