Description

This flipchart describes the principles of brief intervention and motivational interviewing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander alcohol and other drug (AOD) workers. It aims to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander AOD workers assess a clients situation and support their behaviour change. It includes information about the four steps of brief intervention and the stages of change model using an easy to read format and culturally appropriate pictures.
