Description

This cookbook is a selection of recipes developed by the North Metropolitan Health Service (NHMS) with the help of Edith Cowan University (ECU) nutritionists.

The More deadly tucker cookbook was designed following feedback from over 100 Indigenous members of the Perth metropolitan community, and builds on the success of the original cookbook; Deadly tucker: a selection of recipes from the FOODcents for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in WA program.

Recipes in this cookbook conform with the new Australian Dietary Guidelines, and were also taste tested and approved by community members. The cookbook highlights convenience, cost and nutritional information.
