This postcard for Aboriginal women and their female friends and family aims to raise awareness of alcohol and other drug use and mental health issues during or following pregnancy, and promotes the importance of staying healthy and avoiding alcohol and other drugs at this time.

The postcard is part of a suite of health promotion resources for the Stay strong and healthy - it's worth it campaign.
