Description

This e-learning resource provides information on cultural competency for people working with Indigenous Australians.

The resource also provides information on Indigenous Australian history and addresses the unit of competency SITTGDEOO9A Interpret aspects of local Australian Indigenous culture. It is a core unit of Ceritficate I, or an elective for Certificate II up to Advanced Diploma. Modules within the resource include consultation, protocols, conflict, ventures, conduct, and intellectual property or copyright.

This resource was developed by the Indigenous Lead Centre at the Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE.
