Description

This video interviews Katie Beckett, a member of EORA fitness, who discusses her personal experience in attending the gym. In this video Katie discusses her personal motivations, barriers to gym attendance, how she overcame these barriers, and the types of exercise she does at EORA.

EORA fitness is an initiative of the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence, which provides a community gym to the Indigenous and non-Indigenous community of Redfern, New South Wales.
