Description

This resource provides information on asthma and physical activity. The podcast describes the disease, causes, and the signs and symptoms of asthma and how to manage the disease. The key message is; to undertake regular physical activity to keep fit and to achieve an ideal body weight which helps manage asthma and prevents the risk of chronic diseases. The resource is one in a series of audiovisual messages produced by the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association (BIMA) for the Move program.
