This Move it mob style DVD is a high energy, dance-based, youth, health and fitness DVD.
This is a fun DVD that combines music and dance to talk about health and well-being and is the first in the series.
Series One includes 20 episodes showcasing young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's culture through dance and music.
The DVD was developed by Deadly Vibe.
As of 1 July 2014 the Vibe project is under the direction of the Australian Government.
