Description

Strong body: healthy lifestyle is a resource DVD aimed at Aboriginal Health Workers, Healthy Lifestyle Workers, Tobacco Action Workers and other community health workers. The DVD has a variety of short videos and printable material that can be used in health education and health promotion. Topics covered on the DVD include:

• health education pamphlets
• toolkits to promote healthy lifestyles
• guidelines for workers
• recipe books
• interviews with healthy lifestyle workers and tobacco action workers
• filmed conversation starters
• videos of songs and dances promoting healthy living
• filmed cooking demonstrations.
