Description

This guide will help Torres Strait Island councils to take into account land and sea management issues when developing council plans for their regions.

It is applicable for all levels of planning including strategic, community, operational and project plans. It is a practical tool for councils, it avoids highly technical terms, and it is designed to present the 'why and how' of land and sea management.
