Description

This short podcast is one of a series of messages providing information about otitis media (OM, ear disease). It was produced as part of the Listen `ear: a Murri and Ailan ear health campaign, a local initiative of the National Indigenous ear health campaign, Care for kids' ears. Created by a team of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander media workers, the podcast includes an interview with Jodie Booth, Occupational Therapist with Queensland Health's Deadly ears program, explaining her role within communities.

The Listen `ear messages were originally aired on Indigenous radio station, 98.9fm, for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander listeners in south-east Queensland and were funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
