Description

This program discussed dietary changes that have occurred among Indigenous people since white settlement, and the subsequent health consequences. Barriers to a healthy diet and issues of food security were examined. The panel discussed culturally appropriate programs and policies that are working to improve the diet and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
