Description

These service standards were made obsolete in December 2014.

These service standards were developed to improve the health outcomes of Aboriginal people in New South Wales (NSW). They aimed to establish standards of practice for NSW Area Health Services for the prevention and management of chronic conditions in Aboriginal people.
