Description

This video showcases the work carried out by local community members involved in the Gunbalanya family safety program in the Northern Territory. This program draws on the knowledge and experience of local people and culture in developing and implementing initiatives and services to address issues such as substance use and family violence. The video was produced by local Aboriginal media organisation Pintubi, Anmatjerre, Warlpiri (PAW) Media as part of a series of videos made in communities that were identified under the Council of Australian Governments' (COAG) National partnership agreement on remote service delivery.
