This may include:
The pack is designed to be flexible so that communities and organisations can use it to suit their own needs. It includes templates, examples, checklists and tips to help with planning a health promotion project.
The pack has been developed as part of the Local community campaigns to promote better Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health program, a measure under the Australian Government's Indigenous chronic disease package. However, it is not limited to those taking part in the Local community campaigns program and has been designed with broad use in mind.
