Description

This aim of this guideline is to inform and guide the management of individuals with type 2 diabetes with evidence based information on what interventions prevent the development and/or progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). It covers issues related to the prevention of (CKD) in individuals with established type 2 diabetes. The target audience of this guideline is health practitioners, principally general practitioners.
