Description

This brochure is part of a set of three, relating to new laws in Western Australia pertaining to cannabis-related offences. These laws come into effect from August 2011 and are only applicable to Western Australian residents. The brochure provides information on Cannabis Intervention Requirements for juveniles aged 14-17 years, including how to respond to a Cannabis Intervention Requirement if issued by police.
