This one-page leaflet has been developed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are experiencing social and emotional wellbeing issues. The leaflet aims to help people manage their social and emotional wellbeing issues by asking them to identify:

 

The leaflet includes lots of examples and two versions of the leaflet have been developed, one for females and another for males.

When to use this resource

This resource should be used by mental health practitioners when working with clients who have problems with their social and emotional wellbeing. Workers should go through the different steps in the leaflet with their client to help them achieve their goals.
