This resource package includes a poster and a brochure and was produced as part of the Know the signs project that sought to raise awareness about dementia. The resources are titled Are you worried about your memory? Know the signs of dementia and include an explanation of dementia and a list of the early signs of dementia. The resources also include the contact details for the National Dementia Helpline.
