This 52-page flipchart explains the Stay strong talking treatment approach that mental health practitioners can use to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients manage mental health issues. The various topics covered in the flipchart include:

• the four steps of Stay strong talking treatment

• flashbacks
• grief
• hearing voices
• blame
• violence
• family humbug
• smoking, grog, gunja, drugs, and gambling
• weight worries
• getting sick again
• sleep worries.

The flipchart was developed by staff of the Australian Integrated Mental Health Initiative as part of a resource package.
