This guide is a resource designed for mental health staff involved in the New South Wales Aboriginal Mental Health Worker Training program. The aim of the program is to increase the availability of culturally appropriate mental health services to Aboriginal people by enhancing the skills and ability of the Aboriginal mental health workforce.
