Description

The Heart of the matter storytelling guide is used to explain the concept of rheumatic heart disease (RHD) for Indigenous people. The DVD included in the kit demonstrates how to use the guide.

The resource was developed by health professionals and Indigenous language speakers working together to create a meaningful way to explain RHD. The accompanying diagrams are also designed to be used in education sessions.
