This is a set of 64 A4 photographs of individual foods and meals with teaspoons indicating the fat and sugar content of each.
It is one of the resources developed as part of the Living strong program - a weight management and healthy lifestyle program targeting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in rural remote and urban communities. The program was developed by the Tropical Public Health Unit nutrition teams in Cairns and Townsville as a primary prevention intervention to address the high incidence of diabetes and other lifestyle diseases among North Queensland Indigenous adults.
