The NSW Younger People in Residential Aged Care Program (YPIRAC) is a response to the number of younger people with a disability residing in aged care facilities. The NSW YPIRAC Program aims to provide more appropriate living options and practical support for some younger people with a disability living in, or at risk of entry into, residential aged care. The factsheet provided summarises what is offered by the program; who is eligible to receive assistance; and the process with which to apply.
