Laundry book (2007)

Description

The laundry book is a training resource for individuals, organisations and other service agencies on the use and care of a laundry. It was funded by the NT Department of Health and Community Services and produced with the help of a number of remote Aboriginal community organisations and government and private agencies. The resource provides details on the following procedures:

• how to set up a laundry room
• choosing and maintaining a washing machine
• keeping the laundry and washing machines clean and safe
