substances; what to do if someone is passed out; and how to decide where to go for help.

The Cairns Community Flow Chart is a guide for individuals working with people at risk of self harm and suicide; providing information on how to identify if someone is at risk of suicide, the level of risk, and a referral guide dependent on the level of risk identified.
