Description

These guidelines are suitable for health-care practitioners who work with a variety of cannabis-using individuals; providing a reference point for the management of cannabis-related problems ranging from occasional cannabis use through to dependence.

Presentations may include mental health symptoms and/or behavioural disturbances. The monograph covers aspects of interventions, including assessment, withdrawal, and psycho-education. The guide includes recommendations for the provision of culturally appropriate treatment to Indigenous clients.

The former National Cannabis Prevention and Information Centre (now known as Cannabis Information and Support) produced this guide.
