The booklet explains the role of a carer and provides some practical advice to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander carers in their caregiver role, such as taking care of yourself, money matters, and where to get help and advice.

The resource kit can be given to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who provide ongoing care for someone who has a mental illness, disability, or chronic condition.
