This document outlines the monitoring and compliance functions of the Aboriginal Housing Office (NSW). It describes the requirements Aboriginal Community Housing Providers need to follow in relation to the monitoring and compliance framework. In addition, it provides guidelines for the design and construction, purchase or maintenance of houses funded by the AHO.
These guidelines replace the Standards for Building Aboriginal Housing (1999).
