Description

Healthy Living NT has produced two pamphlets which give Indigenous people ideas on the exercises they can safely do when recovering from either a heart attack or heart surgery. A chart clearly shows a weekly plan for the types of exercises people can do.

When to use this resource

This resource was designed for Indigenous people of all ages who are recovering from heart disease or heart surgery. It is useful for individuals, or could be used by health workers for individual or group information sessions.
