The Healthy Eating Activities (and) Lifestyles (for) Indigenous Groups (HEALInG) program is an Indigenous-spedific program designed to provide practical information for women facing social, emotional and financial difficulties. It is designed to provide support to these women in making positive lifestyle changes and taking control of their lives. The program focuses on healthy activies, healthy eating, and healthy lifestyles and also provides information on understanding self esteem, goal setting and overcoming life barriers.
