Palliative Care Council of South Australia resources (2006)

Description

The Palliative Care Council of South Australia Inc. provides information and resources to palliative care providers about culturally respectful palliative care for Aboriginal people in South Australia .
The Department of Health is undertaking two projects funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing through the National Palliative Care Program initiative. The projects have involved the development of resources and increasing the knowledge about palliative care for the Aboriginal community across South Australia by providing funding to health services for community activities.
