Three young people on the television show SBS Insight share their experiences of living with Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD). One of the guests is Tristan, a young Aboriginal man from Fitzroy Valley, Western Australia (WA).
The broadcast raises issues for discussion around FASD and how many pregnant women have out-of-date information about alcohol. Previous guidelines recommended that women could drink up to seven standard drinks per week. That was reduced to zero in 2009, but experts fear the message isn't getting out.
This broadcast runs for 52 minutes.
