Description

This set of 13 culturally appropriate information sheets on diabetes were produced to support Aboriginal Health Workers and improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people. The information sheets are:

The information sheets are clearly presented with easy to understand instructions and tips. They are available in hard copy and can be ordered by filling in the Aboriginal Resource Order Form (see link below).

They were developed by the Australian Diabetes Council with funds provided by The Arthur Hatt and William Henry Hutchinson Charitable Trusts.
