This booklet tells the story of a young Aboriginal woman who gets pregnant, and the healthy choices she and her partner make. The story discusses the risks of alcohol and other drug consumption during pregnancy, including Fetal alcohol syndrome disorders (FASD), as well as the potential challenges of dealing with a mental illness.
The booklet is part of a suite of health promotion resources for the Stay strong and healthy - it's worth it campaign.

The Stay Strong and Healthy - It's Worth It Campaign is an Aboriginal prenatal mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) campaign run by the New South Wales (NSW) Ministry of Health.
