The health benefits of doing 10,000 steps a day is discussed and tips are given on how to get more steps into the day. It is one of a series of messages providing information related to physical activity for Indigenous Australians. It runs for 1 minute, 50 seconds.

The resource was produced by the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association (BIMA) for the Move program. The Move messages were originally aired on Indigenous radio station, 98.9fm, for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander listeners in south-east Queensland and were funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
