This guide has been developed to help Western Australian human service organisations improve their delivery of culturally secure services to Aboriginal people and their communities. The guide provides information on cultural considerations and practical suggestions for achieving strategies in the following areas:

• organisational and structural/systemic level
• service delivery and program level
• human resource management of Aboriginal staff in your organisation
• practice and responsibilities of individual staff members.

This guide was produced by the Palmerston Association on behalf of the Perth Co‐occurring Disorders Capacity Building Project Consortium.
